Do you place PMs individually or run the PMO?
Both. Individual clinical PMs on contract or direct hire, or a Vakula-run PMO under a statement of work.
PMP certified?
Many of our clinical PMs hold PMP or equivalent; all have hands-on clinical research experience, which we weight more heavily.
