- Time-to-fill for specialist roles was driven more by the quality of the brief than by candidate supply; clients with precise intake requirements filled roles weeks faster.
- Validation, quality and clinical operations remained the tightest disciplines; IT demand was concentrated in data and testing roles inside GxP environments.
- Corp-to-corp restrictions in client MSAs continued to grow, making W2 contract the default model.
