- The QMSR took effect on 2 February; early inspections followed the ISO 13485 clause order and focused on management review inputs, complaint handling and supplier controls.
- Demand for quality engineers remained high; clinical and regulatory hiring was steady.
- Clients increasingly specified regulated-environment experience for IT roles.
